Eleven-year-old Chittari Gnaneshwar from Hyderabad, Telangana, has faced more pain in his young life than most of us can imagine.Diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Gnaneshwar’s heart is functioning at just 20% capacity. This has left him painfully weak—struggling to breathe, rapidly losing weight, and unable to do what children his age should be doing: running, playing, laughing freely.

Doctors at Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Hospital (8.7 km from Hyderabad Railway Station), Telangana have recommended an urgent and complex Balloon Angioplasty for Renal Artery Stenosis and multiple coronary blockages (LLCA, RSCA, LSCA). This life-saving procedure comes at a cost of Rs 4,00,000(Rupees Four lakh Only) an amount his family simply cannot afford.

Gnaneshwar’s father, Krishna, is a daily wage laborer and the sole provider for a family of five. He has already exhausted all avenues, borrowing from relatives and falling deep into debt.
